Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch patient support via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to patient inquiries and concerns.
- Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance, while adhering to department standards and guidelines.
- Multitask using dual monitors for data entry, phone etiquette, and resource utilization, maintaining proper guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinicians and supervisors, to resolve patient issues and provide exceptional care.
- Utilize Optum systems to address customer needs, including appointments, authorizations, claims, and benefits.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 40 wpm typing speed and proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other systems.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience working in a virtual environment or with multiple computer screens.
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Reside within the Mountain or Central Time Zone.
- Ability to maintain a secure and private work area.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
