Job Description:
Join Netflix, a global leader in entertainment, as a Strategic People Analytics Partner, where you will play a critical role in informing talent-related decisions with data-driven insights. As a key member of our Talent Experience Operations team, you will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to leverage people data and analytics, driving business value and a culture of data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trust and effective relationships with stakeholders across Talent and Netflix, leveraging a consultative approach
- Collaborate with partners to understand talent-related business problems and gather relevant data to analyze
- Strategically utilize analytical methodologies to attract, hire, develop, and retain qualified talent
- Translate data and insights into meaningful stories to drive strategy, action, and decision-making
- Utilize expertise and knowledge of the HR industry and people analytics trends to address practical business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data integrity and utility, influencing change where relevant
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in people analytics or similar roles
- Strong business acumen and user-centric mindset
- Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management, executive influence, and partnership
- Exceptional communication skills across technical, non-technical teams, and levels of seniority
- Hands-on experience with databases, statistical analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms
