The ideal candidate will possess expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring a seamless integration of these critical functions within the organization. Responsibilities: Lead Talent Recruitment and Acquisition efforts, focusing on attracting top talent for key positions, including skilled trades, field teams, and leadership roles. Foster positive relationships between management and staff, promoting a healthy, respectful work environment, and maintaining the employee handbook. Develop and implement an effective onboarding process to rapidly integrate new employees into the team. Establish and manage performance review processes, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting regular evaluations. Evaluate and improve HR systems to track employee data, performance metrics, and compliance, providing regular reports to leadership. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law, particularly in the landscaping industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex organizational dynamics while maintaining a commitment to excellence in all aspects of HR management.
