Construction Financial Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Cost Manager to join our team at EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC. As a key member of our project management consulting services, you will be responsible for overseeing all cost management activities on prominent hyperscale data center projects. This role requires a strong understanding of cost management principles, financial analysis, and budgeting. You will need to read and understand design information, engage positively with client stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members. Your responsibilities will include providing support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout. You will produce accurate project-level reports that provide detailed analysis of project cost, program estimates, program master planning, operations, and benchmarking. You will also develop and maintain project budgets from design concept through project completion. This includes assisting with the change order management process, estimating, negotiating, and tracking total project costs. Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cost management, preferably within the construction, oil/gas, or data center industries. • Strong knowledge of cost management principles, financial analysis, and budgeting. • Ability to read and understand design information. • Proven ability to engage positively with client stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
