RequirementsHiring Priorities: • Experience in Accounting Operations: 2.5 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting operations or cost accounting. • Self-Starter and Critical Thinker: Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and think critically in collaborative environments. • Project-Based Work Execution: Proven ability to execute project-based work that supports large finance transformation initiatives. Preferred Experience: • Public Audit Experience: Experience working with public audits is highly valued. • Cost Accounting Background: Additional experience in cost accounting will be considered a plus. • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with the auto, electronics, chemical, or energy industries is preferred.
