Qualifications While specific educational and experience qualifications will depend on the role, we always value relevant experience and a strong willingness to contribute and develop strong relationships. Generally required skills and experience typically include: - Demonstrated experience working as an independent 1099 contractor providing services to private companies and/or public sector entities. - Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work culture. - Formal education plus certification in the relevant discipline by industry professional organizations. - Proficiency in the GoogleSuite or similar system environment (e.g., Microsoft Office) and its common applications (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, presentations, process maps, shared folder management) and video meeting platforms (e.g., GoogleMeet, Zoom) - Proficiency in and personal license/subscription to relevant software, tools, or methodologies, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. Work Environment and Physical Demands of the Job: Working remotely, all work is computer-based, including frequent video meetings. Core working hours on Eastern Standard Time. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
