• *EDR / Endpoint Security Engineer – SentinelOne (Ongoing)**
We're a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) looking for an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer to support ongoing management of SentinelOne across our client base. This is a long-term engagement with additional hours available for project-based work as it arises.
• *What You'll Be Doing**
• Backend administration, configuration, and management of SentinelOne across multiple client environments
• Agent deployment and troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
• Reviewing alerts and taking appropriate action, owning issues directly within the SentinelOne management console
• Handling ticket-based change requests related to SentinelOne (policy updates, exclusions, agent configuration, group management, etc.)
• Supporting project-based work as needed (new deployments, policy overhauls, environment expansions, agent migrations across accounts, etc.)
• *What We're Looking For**
This role requires deep, hands-on SentinelOne expertise. Strong candidates will have direct experience with:
• *SentinelOne Platform Administration**
• Backend management and configuration within the SentinelOne management console
• Policy creation, scope management, exclusion logic, and group/site structure
• Agent lifecycle management — deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting, and health monitoring
• Migrating SentinelOne agents across accounts, including token-based re-registration and maintaining policy continuity during transitions
• *Multi-OS Endpoint Experience**
• Deploying and managing SentinelOne agents across Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Understanding of OS-level differences that affect agent behavior, deployment methods, and troubleshooting paths
• *Alert Management & Triage**
• Reviewing and actioning alerts, distinguishing true positives from false positives
• Threat investigation and response within the SentinelOne console
• Incident response experience is a strong plus
• *Additional Requirements**
• Experience working in an MSSP or multi-tenant environment is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client environments with minimal oversight
• Responsive and reliable — this role requires timely turnaround on client tickets and requests
