- The ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel, with a valid passport and willingness to adapt to different cultural environments.

- US citizenship or Green Card holder, with the legal right to work in the United States.
- Residence within a 45-minute drive of the company's location in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
