About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our Streaming division. This role is situated in a remote work environment, offering the flexibility and autonomy to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to a team of executives overseeing the development, production, distribution, and overall strategy of television content. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to a team of executives within the television department, including scheduling meetings, managing daily schedules, preparing and submitting expense reports, arranging travel, and other tasks as required.
• Prioritize meeting requests and schedule accordingly, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among team members.
• Track various creative, production, and performance-related data and milestones, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Organize and file documents, notes, and presentations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company protocols.
• Assist in managing creative and production databases, utilizing technical skills to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with executive assistants across other Marvel Studios and Disney departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
• Assist in preparing for meetings, including reserving and setting up spaces, AV preparation, arranging food and drink, helping with agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and celebrations, such as screenings, team milestones, and other special occasions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to projects, contracts, and personnel matters, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
• Assist other department members as necessary and act as a backup for other assistants on the team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support colleagues.
