About the Email Marketing Coordinator Role
As our Email Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the center of all things email marketing, crafting, building, and optimizing campaigns, helping the team develop strategies, and assisting with the design of automated flows that make a real impact. This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role, offering the flexibility to work from any location worldwide. Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage email campaign sends, working with relevant team members to create high-performing campaigns that engage and convert customers across multiple regions
- Localize email campaigns, implementing them across several regions, and ensuring all email content is relevant and correct for each region
- Build processes, simplifying and improving email production processes to boost efficiency across key teams
- Collaborate with the team to develop and optimize flows, helping create automated, personalized campaign journeys across email and SMS to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide strategic input, collaborating with the marketing team to craft strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue
- Cross-channel integration, exploring opportunities to expand our communication channels, including SMS and other cutting-edge automations
- Design and content creation, using your eye for design and creative mindset to produce visually appealing and on-brand communications
- Segmentation, creating audience segments to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences
- Reporting and analysis, analyzing campaign performance and creating reports with key metrics
Essential Qualifications
- Expertise in Klaviyo, with the skills to build and optimize campaigns and flows effortlessly
- Proven work experience in email marketing, with a strong background in B2C marketing and direct-response marketing principles
- HTML and CSS knowledge, with the ability to customize emails with your coding skills, creating designs that stand out
- Attention to detail, being extremely thorough in your work, making sure to run several checks before setting campaigns live
- Strong organizational skills, used to working to deadlines and coordinating tasks with others
- Attentive knowledge, with experience in Attentive being a huge plus, especially for managing SMS campaigns
- Creative mindset and design skills, with a knack for design and knowing how to create emails that look great and perform even better
- Communication skills, with the ability to work with and support other team members, collaboration being key
