**What to Expect as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reading customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats, including deciphering challenging handwriting
* Entering data into specific Microsoft Excel fields while ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Verifying data accuracy before entry and reporting any discrepancies to a supervisor
* Maintaining accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
* Performing administrative duties such as filing and copying for approximately three hours daily
**What We're Looking for in a Candidate**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Strong reading comprehension skills
* Critical thinking and organizational skills

While the above qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates who possess:
* Basic reading knowledge of Spanish (about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
