• Availability to work rotating weekends, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting customer needs.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center, with three years in each preferred for enhanced understanding and skill development.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems, with experience in SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables being an asset.
• A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision, providing clear and thorough documentation and communication.
