We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working evenings and weekends. As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our brand, and your goal will be to create a seamless experience for our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a friendly and relatable manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. You must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You should be willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to drive business and customer needs.
