If you want to grow fast, take ownership, and shape real impact, this is the place to do it.How you’ll contributeSpecifically you will…Applicant Management & Recruiting ProcessesSupport the coordination of interviews and communication with candidatesHelp pre-screen applications and prepare candidate summariesAssist with first-stage interviews (depending on experience and availability)Ensure a smooth and friendly candidate experience across all touchpointsContribute to tracking and analyzing recruiting KPIsTalent Pool & SourcingSupport the development of a systematized talent pool for future hiresResearch and identify promising candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and XINGHelp maintain and update our applicant tracking systemEmployer Branding & CommunicationContribute to the creation of engaging job ads and updates to our career pageHelp develop content tailored to specific target groups (e.g., engineers, interns, etc.)Assist in communication initiatives such as university outreach or career eventsYour first 12 months in the role: expectations and deliverablesMonths 0-3Get to know our team, culture, and the basics of our technologySupport ongoing recruiting activities, such as application handling and schedulingContribute to candidate communication templates and help define initial KPIsMonths 3-6Take ownership of parts of the early recruiting process (e.g., pre-screening, scheduling)Actively source candidates on platforms like LinkedInDraft and publish job postings for working student, intern, or junior rolesSupport the development of a candidate poolMonths 6-12Help build a structured and searchable talent pool databaseContribute to developing target group-specific communication strategiesGet involved in planning or supporting recruiting campaigns or employer branding activitiesAbout youOngoing studies in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business, Communication)Strong organizational skills and an interest in working with peopleClear, professional, and empathetic communication skills — English required; German is a plusA proactive mindset with the ability to work independentlyCuriosity and motivation to learn about recruiting, employer branding, and organizational developmentWhat we offerIf you want a career where purpose meets progress, Greenlyte is the place to build it.20 days vacation plus public holidays to ensure you also have the down time needed to rest and recharge.The possibility to grow and shape your role.Working with founders who understand – and invest time in – the importance of building a healthy and sustainable organization.Open and transparent communication on company development.Noteworthy pointsAt Greenlyte, you grow fast and work on something that matters.
