Regal Teen Center is seeking passionate, energetic, and supportive individuals to join our team as Youth Development Associates. This role is all about connecting with teens, leading activities, and creating a space where youth feel seen, heard, and supported.
️ Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support recreational, educational, and social programs
Mentor teens ages 13–18 through positive interactions
Assist with planning and running workshops, game nights, and events
Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment
Track attendance and support light data entry or reporting
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
Aged 18+ with experience working or volunteering with teens
Strong communication and leadership skills
Creative, dependable, and enthusiastic about youth empowerment
Available during after-school hours and occasional weekends
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
Compensation & Perks:
Pay Rate: $16–$20/hour (based on experience)
