**Job Description**
We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Hobbs, NM. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Type data from various sources into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Compile, verify, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
* Correct and modify inaccurate files and records, ensuring data integrity
* Research and obtain information for incomplete documents
* Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient data entry
* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
* Scan documents and print files as needed
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies
* Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
* Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
**Data Entry Shift Information:**
* Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
* Proven data entry work experience, preferably as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
* Experience with MS Office and data programs
* Familiarity with administrative duties, including office equipment usage
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* Strong knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Confidentiality and ability to maintain data security
* Ability to pass a background check and work in the US
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Data Entry experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
