Urgent Requirement: Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant Duration: 12 months Location: remote Visa Type: All Tax Term: W2/C2C Interview: MS Team Required Skills: Workday Recruiting Functional Consultant to support the migration from Greenhouse ATS to Workday Recruiting. This role requires expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration, recruiting business process design, and hands-on experience managing data migration and integrations from Greenhouse 5+ years of Workday HCM experience with at least 2 3 full-cycle Workday Recruiting implementations. Prior experience migrating from Greenhouse ATS to Workday Recruiting highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting configuration (job requisitions, job postings, interview steps, offer process, candidate stages). Understanding of recruiting compliance and data privacy considerations. Ability to translate business requirements into functional design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio). Exposure to other ATS platforms (iCIMS, Taleo, Lever, etc.).
