Role Description We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Manager, Strategic Financial Planning & Investments to support key financial initiatives across the enterprise. In this remote role, you’ll contribute to financial modeling, capital planning, and business case development in support of high-impact projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong financial background to help drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency at CVS/Aetna. • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the development of financial models and strategic frameworks that inform clinical services initiatives and enterprise planning. • Participate in the preparation and analysis of multi-year capital plans. • Investment & Capital Planning: Assist in coordinating the capital investment planning process across the organization. • Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure investments align with enterprise priorities. • Portfolio Support & Performance Tracking: Help manage the investment portfolio by contributing to governance processes, compiling performance data, and supporting regular reporting on project status and outcomes. • Business Case Development: Contribute to the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives. • Support value realization by tracking and reporting financial and operational outcomes. • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate across cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and strategy teams. • Present data and insights in a clear, structured manner to support decision-making.
