Job Description:
We are looking for highly experienced translators to handle Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and Protocol Synopses for clinical trial documentation.
Qualifications:
Native speaker of Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) or Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) – Mandatory
Minimum 5+ years of professional translation experience with a strong focus on BOTH:
Life sciences (clinical/regulatory)
Clinical trial documents (ICFs, protocol synopses, study protocols, etc.)
Proven, hands-on experience translating ICFs, protocol synopses, or similar clinical/regulatory documents – REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree or higher in translation, life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology (e.g., MedDRA, WHO Drug Dictionary, CTCAE) is a plus
Highly detail-oriented, with a proven track record of handling compliance-critical documents and meeting deadlines
Individual freelancers only (No agencies)
CAT Tool requirements:
Trados Studio or other CAT tool upon clients’ needs.
