Based in Denver, CO, we are seeking an ambitious and analytical individual to join our team. As a Web Marketing Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with senior analysts, and develop your skills in tag management, search marketing, and e-commerce analysis.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Marketing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Google Tag Manager configurations, analyzing clickstream data, and generating high-level reporting to drive business growth. You will work closely with senior analysts to deliver professional implementation of tags, triggers, variables, and other components of modern tag management, ensuring proper function of the tags in an e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Google Tag Manager configurations for client websites, including auditing, analyzing, creating, migrating, and troubleshooting/QAing tags
- Produce high-quality reporting and dashboards for clients using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and Looker
- Analyze clickstream data from Google Analytics, product sales sources, customer data sources, and other tracking platforms and APIs
- Create high-quality data visualizations and reports for ad-hoc analyses and client-facing presentations
- Gather clickstream funnel data and QA from GA and additional analytics sources
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or a related field
- Associate's degree, technical trade education degree, or bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, math/statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or Google Data Studio (Looker)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with JavaScript (experience with modifying small scripts and tags preferred)
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to produce data with a high degree of accuracy
- Self-directed and self-starting with demonstrated comfort with remote work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SEO platforms and metrics (Accuranker, Moz/STAT, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or WooCommerce
- E-commerce marketing, merchandising, or analysis experience
