Job Responsibilities:
- Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements
- Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics
- Create custom data evaluations for use by human resource teams and other departments
- Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations
- Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new systems or processes
- Ensure data integrity is maintained by effectively interpreting variances and outliers
- Resolve escalated issues through research and analysis
- Blend and automate data to drive business insights
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Entry-level experience in a relevant field, with developing skills and knowledge in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers
