Job Description:
• Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy globally, aligning with the company's overall vision and business strategy and sales execution plans.
• Develop MaxVal brand as a well recognized leader in the IP Management & Services industry, including internal marketing to align with it.
• Drive business growth through sales lead generation and customer retention, working closely with Sales leadership and Business Unit heads.
• Develop and run marketing campaigns to achieve customer retention, customer experience, lead generation, and brand awareness targets.
• Develop content like collateral, case studies, press releases etc. to drive marketing campaigns.
• Lead all Go-to-Market activities on new releases and strategic partnerships, working closely with Sales, Product, and Services teams, driving product and services adoption.
• Develop and drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey engagements.
• Drive Customer Advisory Board and User Group engagements.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals; manage and work with outside partners on an as needed basis, for various marketing tasks.
• Identify organizational needs, including budget, and work with key stakeholders to plan and execute on a yearly, quarterly and monthly basis.
• Manage all aspects of MaxVal website, including content updates, promotions, Search Engine Optimizations, etc.
• Establish KPIs aligning with the company performance goals, attain/exceed and report those KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Analyze customer feedback to gain insights into market opportunities.
Requirements:
• 15+ years in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in marketing leadership roles at Director or VP levels.
• Experience in driving 25%+ CAGR in small or mid-sized firms.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales pipeline, executing marketing campaigns and creation of various content for go-to-market activities.
• Extensive experience working with sales teams (account executives, solution consultants).
• Proven track record of collaborating with software product teams, services teams, and customer support teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; advanced degrees highly preferred.
