Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Box Office Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact with guests to answer questions, resolve ticketing issues, and provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.
- Ticket Sales and Will Call: Sell tickets using AXS ticketing software, handle outbound and inbound will call requests, and manage ticket inventory.
- Cash Handling and Point of Sale: Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to company policies.
- Box Office Operations: Maintain and stock supplies for the Box Office windows, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Event Support: Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown, working closely with our events team to ensure successful events.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with personnel at all levels of our organization, Third-Party Event Staff, and guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
- Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- AXS or Similar Ticket System Experience: Prior experience using AXS or similar ticketing software is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish: Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required.
- Event or Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in event management, customer service, or a related field is an asset.

As a Box Office Associate, you will be required to:
