Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member at Disney Springs West. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, are reliable, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and cleaning display areas
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Basic math skills, including the ability to count money and make change accurately
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus
• Experience working in a kitchen or bussing tables is beneficial

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in basic math
• Availability to work day and night shifts
