Key Responsibilities:
- Support two Territory Managers with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with suppliers to communicate key information, manage special projects, and maintain account relationships
- Track key metrics to guarantee top-quality product offerings in designated territories, driving business growth and competitiveness
- Perform regular quality checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our product offerings
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and refine our product offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ year of professional experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Bachelor's degree required, with a focus on hospitality, business, or a related field
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
