Job Overview:
Join the Netflix team as a Senior QA Analyst and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality gaming experiences to a global audience. As a key member of the Netflix Bossfight Game Studio, you will ensure the stability and performance of our games on various devices, with a focus on iOS and Android. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $20-$30 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test gaming performance on Android/iOS devices and other mainstream devices to identify and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and execute QA plans, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Define test coverage, create and manage test cases, and report test results to determine delivery readiness
- Work with partners and stakeholders to improve testing tools and ensure product quality, usability, and device compatibility
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industry QA experience, preferably in the gaming industry
- Minimum 3 years of mobile game testing experience, with outstanding iOS/Android testing skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of required technologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with JIRA, Testrail, and TCM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and improve user experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, and/or Product Owner, ISTQB
- Experience with Xcode, using IPA, and generating tool logs
- Experience with continuous engagement processes
- Experience with the Unity Editor and Perforce
