Role Overview: Sr. Technical Manager, Customer Workflow Expert Services As a Sr. Technical Manager, Customer & Industry Workflow, you will lead a team of highly skilled Business and Technical Consultants responsible for delivering high-quality work related to Customer Service. Your expertise will be instrumental in consultation, advisory, implementation, and configuration work for arenaflex Customer Service products. You will be the driving force behind ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes, and your technical leadership will be essential in guiding our consultants, customers, and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership to Consultants, Customers, and Partners, often in a billable capacity, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. - Hire, enable, develop, and manage high-performing experts who consult, implement, and configure arenaflex Customer Service Delivery products, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Sales Teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved, providing expert guidance and support to drive sales pursuits and customer success. - Partner with internal teams to support enablement with training, product management, and best practices, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. - Serve as a Steering Committee member on engagement projects focused on delivering successful customer outcomes, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure project success. - Manage and prioritize multiple complex initiatives, leveraging your exceptional organizational and time management skills to drive results. - Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery and engagement materials, ensuring that our services remain best-in-class and aligned with customer needs. Key Performance Measurements: - Professional services business metrics (budgets, revenue, etc.), ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively. - Productivity and utilization of self and team, driving results and ensuring that our consultants are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Customer satisfaction on team engagements, measuring the success of our services and identifying areas for improvement. - Implementation expertise for arenaflex Customer Workflow Solutions or similar software solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends. - Product consumption and adoption, driving customer success and ensuring that our customers realize the full value of their arenaflex investment. - Talent recruitment and development, attracting and retaining top talent to drive business growth and success. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: - 3+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization, with a proven track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams. - 5+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations, with expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. - Experience in Resource Management and Engagement Scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proven ability to influence and consult on Customer Service and/or FSM, with a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends. - Experience speaking to customer leaders to extract outcome expectations and influence their thinking, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Significant experience defining and deploying future-state Customer Service and/or Industry digital transformations, with a passion for innovation and driving business growth. - Experience with leading Customer Service and/or FSM systems and tools such as Salesforce, Remedy, ServiceMax, arenaflex, etc., with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends. - Outstanding communication skills with confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences. - Dedication to customer success, with a customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Ability to interact with and influence a wide range of employees, including senior management, with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience monitoring and summarizing business and financial metrics, with a strong understanding of business operations and finance. - Proactive attitude, critical thinking, problem-solving, escalation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive results. - Industry certifications such as arenaflex CIS-CSM, Salesforce Service Cloud are a plus, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
