Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with digitally managed merchants, providing them with tailored solutions and support

- Develop and maintain expertise in our merchant value proposition, communicating it effectively to our clients
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in merchant management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
