Job Summary
As a Customer Service Advisor – Digital Intake Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, or internet interactions. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess a high school diploma and at least three to six months of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a digital intake or call center environment. You should be courteous, with a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
