Job Overview: Senior Manager Business Development - Velocity Black
As a Senior Manager Business Development at V4B, you'll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on strategic enterprise partnerships, developing new revenue streams, and driving lead generation channels. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our business development strategy, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term relationships with our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate outbound targets for business development deals, leveraging market research and industry insights
- Handle inbound requests from potential enterprise partners, providing tailored solutions and support
- Engage with enterprise prospects, creating customized presentations and pitches to showcase our luxury concierge services
- Develop and refine decks to evaluate strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with our business objectives
- Lead and support deal teams in negotiation, due diligence, pricing, and contract structuring, driving successful outcomes
- Post-close, collaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless handover of new enterprise clients to V4B's Account Management team
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience
- At least 4 years of Business Development experience in Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record of success
- Minimum 2 years of consulting experience, preferably in a related industry or function
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Finance
- 5+ years of Business Development experience in Enterprise Sales, with a strong background in luxury or high-end services
- 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Financial Services, or Investment Banking, with a deep understanding of industry trends and dynamics

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- A salary range of $168,700 - $192,600 for Senior Managers, depending on location and experience
