Job Description:
• Support enterprise program execution.
• Support the development and execution of global enterprise program offerings aligned to Infrastructure, AEC, and Natural Resources markets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Global Business Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in support of defined sales program objectives.
• Build relationships.
• Work collaboratively with sales, professional services, industry solutions, product, and operations teams to support program delivery.
• Help ensure alignment across stakeholders, track action items, and maintain consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
• Analyze insights and track performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze industry, customer, and competitive insights to inform enterprise program strategy, planning, and adjustments.
• Define, track, and report key metrics and performance indicators; identify risks and issues; escalate appropriately; and support mitigation efforts to keep programs on track and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to business impact.
• Support initiatives and change management efforts that drive customer acquisition, acceleration, and pipeline growth by coordinating enterprise programs, sales motions, and cross‑divisional engagement efforts.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in program management, go‑to‑market operations, sales operations, or a related role within a mid‑to‑large scale software or technology sales organization
• Experience supporting enterprise‑level or cross‑functional programs involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives
• Experience analyzing data, tracking metrics, and translating insights into clear updates and recommendations
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and leadership
• Solid understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer engagement practices, with exposure to enterprise sales motions and program‑based selling.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
