You will interact with customers to gather support data, educate customers on available options, and manage the preparation of invoices and reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables. You will also provide input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function. **Responsibilities** * Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and work through specific billing discrepancies * Provide input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function * Educate customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online applications * Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed * Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity * Provide training and coaching to new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles **Requirements** * High School Diploma / GED * Must be 18 years or older * Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications * Ability to train onsite for the first two days in Schaumburg, IL * Ability to work Monday- Friday, 07:30AM - 04:00PM CST * 1+ years Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting, call center setting, or phone support role **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ years of experience in a customer service role with a focus on billing and accounts receivable * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously **Telecommuting Requirements** * Reside within the state of Illinois * Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service **Soft Skills** * Ability to multi-task duties as well as the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product * All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
