How would you contribute?
This role is a contributing member of our Airlite team, Remote - United States. As a SBP - Regional Sales Manager you are a key to continued growth and success of Airlite. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of Fox Blocks® Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) within an assigned geographic territory. This role serves the construction industry by ensuring Fox Blocks products are specified, distributed, and installed through strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
The Regional Sales Manager supports both new construction build opportunities by developing regional sales strategies, expanding channel partnerships, and providing hands-on technical product education and jobsite support. This role owns regional sales performance and works closely with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Essential Duties:
Territory & Channel Sales Management
- Own and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and key influencers within the construction market.
- Expand market penetration by increasing product availability, dealer engagement, and contractor adoption.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in both new builds and retrofit applications.
Business Development & Account Growth
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory planning and relationship-driven selling.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
- Maintain awareness of competitive products, pricing, and market trends within the region.
- Develop and maintain a regional sales forecast and contribute to annual business planning.
Product Promotion & Technical Support
- Promote, demonstrate, and educate customers on Fox Blocks products using samples, technical materials, and jobsite visits.
- Conduct product training sessions, lunch-and-learns, jobsite walkthroughs, and contractor education programs.
- Support project specification efforts by working with contractors and dealers early in the build or retrofit cycle.
- Assist in resolving customer issues, product questions, or claims in a timely and professional manner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing and business unit leadership to support development of sales tools, brochures, pricing documents, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with supply chain and customer service teams to align delivery timelines with project schedules.
- Ensure accurate order processing and clear communication across internal teams.
Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and expenses.
- Prepare reports related to sales activity, forecasts, and regional performance.
- Participate in required meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events as determined by leadership.
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with key customer contacts at least quarterly.

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, high-performance building materials, or technical sales—or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, with the ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities; however, this role includes working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hand dexterity to operate office equipment including computer keyboards; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the office work environment is typically quiet; when visiting the production floor or construction sites the noise level may be loud.
Must be able to climb a ladder or scaffolding and not afraid of heights. Prepared to work in construction jobsite environment.
