We are hiring a senior-level automation architect / integration specialist to design and build a production-ready lead intake and conversion system for a premium remodeling company in North Carolina, USA. This is not a beginner automation job. This is not a chatbot-only project. This is not a generic “AI assistant” setup. We need a builder who understands how to create a real business-critical lead system that captures opportunities, qualifies them, responds quickly, routes them properly, and helps convert them into booked estimates. We are looking for someone who can think like an operator, not just a technician. Company context We are a premium remodeling company focused primarily on: Bathroom remodeling Shower conversions Custom tile work Flooring Waterproofing-related rebuilds We care about: speed to lead lead quality missed opportunity recovery booking efficiency clean operations premium customer communication Project objective Build an end-to-end automation system that can support: lead intake from selected channels SMS response / missed-call recovery AI-based qualification and scoring hot / warm / cold routing logging into Google Sheets or CRM follow-up logic booking workflows human-review checkpoints where appropriate workflow reliability, monitoring, and documentation Core stack You should already be comfortable working with: n8n Twilio Anthropic / Claude Webhooks API authentication Google Sheets and/or CRM systems Lead-response workflows Production-safe automation design We will strongly prioritize candidates who can demonstrate experience with: lead intake systems AI qualification workflows missed-call text-back systems SMS/email follow-up flows booking logic sales / RevOps thinking clean handoff documentation error handling and recovery workflows This role is NOT for: chatbot builders without integration depth no-code-only freelancers who cannot solve real API problems generic AI consultants scraping-heavy operators people who ignore platform compliance demo builders who cannot productionize systems freelancers who cannot clearly explain architecture, data flow, and failure handling What we expect from the right person You should be able to: understand the business goal, not just the tool architect the workflow before building explain data flow clearly from trigger to outcome build stable n8n automations integrate Twilio properly for inbound/outbound logic use Claude in a practical, structured way create sensible lead-scoring logic document the system for long-term ownership and handoff think in terms of reliability, not just “it worked once” Required deliverables The final engagement must include: workflow architecture map working n8n workflows Twilio setup and logic Claude / AI qualification logic Google Sheets or CRM logging structure lead routing rules follow-up logic documentation Loom or video walkthrough basic support period after delivery for fixes Required in your proposal To be considered, your proposal must include the following: A short introduction focused on relevant systems you have actually built 2–3 examples of similar automation/integration work Your direct experience with: n8n Twilio Claude / Anthropic API/webhook-based workflows Whether you work solo or with a team Your preferred engagement model: fixed-price hourly milestone-based A brief explanation of how you would approach this build The word “operator” at the top of your proposal Screening note If your proposal is generic, overly broad, or does not clearly demonstrate relevant integration depth, it will not be considered. We are specifically looking for someone who can build real operational systems — not someone who only talks about AI. Bonus points You will stand out if you have experience with: lead-generation operations service business workflows local business response systems booking and qualification systems RevOps / sales automation recovery workflows for missed calls or slow response Engagement style We prefer to start with a small paid test phase or clearly defined first milestone before expanding the project.
