Job Summary
As a Restaurant Crew Member - Late Night Shift, you'll be an integral part of our team, working together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applicants with or without previous restaurant experience. We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure your success and offer competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking as needed
- Prepare and serve high-quality food, following proper safety procedures and guidelines
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, complete tasks, and ensure continuity of service
- Lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, twist, or stoop as needed
- Ascend or descend stairs, reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and at a fast pace
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Responsible and dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Authentic and genuine, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
