As a Segment Marketing Associate, you will be a key growth driver by supporting targeted marketing programs aimed at converting healthcare prospects into a real pipeline, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with Creative Services, Brand, and centralized marketing teams to deliver campaigns in market - Communicate campaign vision, represent sales segment nuances, advocate for audience-specific messaging, and convey creative needs throughout the campaign development process - Project manage multiple campaigns, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Competing priorities are effectively balanced - Test, measure, analyze, and generate actionable, data-based insights to optimize campaign performance; regularly report on results and learnings to key stakeholders - Proactively engage with the sales team to coordinate campaign activities; communicate frequently to build trust and alignment - Travel required: 0–2% annually Skills - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field - 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business marketing - Proven experience working with sales teams is desirable - Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Manages time and priorities effectively - Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills - Possesses a natural curiosity to learn - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, and Salesforce Benefits - Commuter support - Employee assistance programs - Tuition assistance - Employee resource groups - Collaborative workspaces Company Overview - Athenahealth is a provider of medical practice automation and claims management software to medical groups and health systems.
