Responsibilities
• Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients
• First line of action is to verbally redirect the patient from engaging in at risk behaviors
• Alerts the nursing personnel when the patient requires assistance or there is a change in the patient’s condition
Skills
• High School Diploma
• Hospital experience and/or clinical experience
