Analyst, Finance and Vendor Management (onsite) – Temp Project

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Responsibilities
• Partner with IT leaders to facilitate vendor engagement requests and purchase order (PO) submissions
• Support the service desk where vendor requests are initiated, providing guidance and troubleshooting
• Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies
• Act as a liaison between IT leadership, ISC, and finance to ensure smooth workflows and timely approvals
• Coordinate vendor request escalations from IT leaders to VP level, and subsequently to CIO review
• Track and monitor vendor spend, ensuring budget compliance and accurate forecasting
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support IT leadership decision-making
Required qualifications
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required)
• Experience in IT financial management, procurement, vendor management, or a similar operational support role
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams in a corporate environment
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Service Now) for purchase order management and vendor tracking
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) for budget tracking and financial analysis
• Experience with procurement processes, vendor lifecycle management, and spend analysis tools
• Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira) and workflows
Preferred qualifications
• Experience supporting IT vendor management or technology procurement processes
• Experience with corporate IT budgeting cycles and cost allocation models
