[Remote] Oracle Core HR Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus4Tech is seeking an Oracle Core HR Functional Consultant. The role involves assisting in configuring Oracle Fusion Core HR components and supporting various HR processes including employee lifecycle management and data migration activities. Responsibilities Assisted in configuring Oracle Fusion Core HR components such as legal employers, business units, jobs, grades, and positions under senior consultant guidance Supported Core HR processes including employee lifecycle management (hire, transfer, promotion, termination) and worker data maintenance Gathered and analyzed basic HR business requirements and helped map them to Oracle Core HR functional setups Participated in data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and validated employee and organizational data Supported functional testing (SIT/UAT), documented test cases, and helped resolve Core HR–related issues and defects Prepared functional documentation, process flows, and user guides to support implementation and post-go-live operations Skills Assisted in configuring Oracle Fusion Core HR components such as legal employers, business units, jobs, grades, and positions under senior consultant guidance Supported Core HR processes including employee lifecycle management (hire, transfer, promotion, termination) and worker data maintenance Gathered and analyzed basic HR business requirements and helped map them to Oracle Core HR functional setups Participated in data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and validated employee and organizational data Supported functional testing (SIT/UAT), documented test cases, and helped resolve Core HR–related issues and defects Prepared functional documentation, process flows, and user guides to support implementation and post-go-live operations Company Overview At Campus4Tech, we specialize in providing transformative training programs tailored for individuals seeking to enhance their skills, regardless of previous career paths or employment gaps.
