This role involves full-cycle sales responsibilities, including prospecting and closing deals with mid-market organizations to enhance their security, risk, and compliance programs.
Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deal closure
• Drive net-new revenue within the mid-market segment
• Prospect into named accounts and qualify inbound opportunities
• Close deals in the $60K–$150K+ ACV range
• Conduct structured discovery and evaluation processes
• Engage multiple stakeholders across security, IT, risk, and finance teams
• Develop clear proposals and executive-level deal summaries
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records
• Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets
Skills
• Prior experience in GRC sales or GRC service provider organizations is mandatory
• 4–8 years of B2B SaaS new-logo sales experience with full-cycle ownership
• Demonstrated success closing mid-market deals ($60K–$150K+ ACV)
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying processes
• Strong discovery, qualification, and deal management skills
• High standards for forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
