With a presence on over 3,500 college campuses across all fifty states, it is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on high school and college campuses. Job Description: Turning Point USA seeks a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to support one of the nation’s largest and most innovative political field operations. The College Field Representative will work specifically with student groups and activists to launch and maintain chapters, organize campus activism, recruit new activists, assist with voter registration, develop activist networks, and manage related data and outreach efforts. Responsibilities include giving presentations, representing the organization at events, promoting activities on social media, managing the student Chapter Chair team, developing activism plans, and networking both on and off campuses. The ideal candidate embodies grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.
