[Remote] Inside Sales Representative - Automotive

The Inside Sales Representative will focus on building customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving sales through proactive engagement and strategy development. Responsibilities - Work closely with your Territory Sales Manager, and others in your territory, to quickly and efficiently work IF bids post sale day - Build, enhance, and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and generate business - Partner with Territory Sales Managers and Performance Managers in assigned areas - Manage relationships with existing customers - On sale days, proactively reach out to your book of buyers for your territory and get them to engage with the platform - Meet specified targets for buyer attendance for the online auction - Have an in-depth knowledge of EBlock’s platform and set new clients up for success using the platform - Discover sales opportunities through consumer research Skills - Proven experience increasing sales and revenue - Field sales experience is preferred but not required - Experience in the auto industry - Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs - Excellent communication skills - Organizational and leadership ability - Problem-solving aptitude Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision - RSP programs - Company paid Group Life/AD&D insurance - Paid time off - Flexible working environment - Continuous Learning - An amazing culture to top it all off Company Overview - EBlock is an online car auction where vehicles are bought and sold in 60 seconds.
