Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to ensure our inventory, suppliers, and logistics processes run smoothly. Role Overview: The Supply Chain Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory at optimal levels, ensuring invoices are accurate, and managing relationships with suppliers both in the US and overseas. This part-time, remote role requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to streamline supply chain operations. You'll work directly with cross-functional teams and suppliers to make sure products are delivered on time, and that our inventory levels are efficiently managed. Key Responsibilities: -Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock capacity meets demand. -Invoice Accuracy: Review invoices from suppliers to ensure they are correct and aligned with purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies. -Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries. -Logistics Oversight: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure products are shipped and delivered efficiently, both domestically and internationally. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to ensure that inventory levels align with business needs and product launches. -Supply Chain Strategy: Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement, cost-saving, and process optimization. -Global Operations: Manage the complexities of a global supply chain, coordinating shipments and inventory management across both US and overseas suppliers. -Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, and any potential issues or delays. Qualifications: -3+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in the e-commerce sector. -Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes. -Proven experience in managing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. -Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and solve complex supply chain issues. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams and suppliers. -Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a part-time, remote setting. -Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain challenges of both domestic and international operations. -Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
