Title: Remote Certified Medical Assistant / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Patient Care Specialist

- Medical Assistant Pathway: High school diploma or GED + graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (community college, university, or approved vocational school).
- Certification: Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from a recognized certifying body (AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT, or AMCA). New hires after July 1 2024 must hold this certification at hire; those hired between July 1 2021 and June 30 2024 have a six‑month window to obtain it.
- Basic Life Support (BLS): AHA‑approved BLS certification obtained within 60 days of employment.

- Completion of an approved nursing program (associate degree or diploma) leading to LPN licensure.
