Key Responsibilities: Provide expert tax preparation and guidance to customers using Intuit TurboTax Business products Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations Utilize extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations to prepare and file business and personal tax returns Deliver high-quality customer interactions and experiences, leveraging deep customer empathy and expertise in business tax preparation and books to tax accounting entries Work collaboratively with our team to achieve company key performance metrics and Big Bet Goals Requirements: 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation strongly preferred Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers strongly preferred Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and ability to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds Strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a mission-driven company dedicated to making a positive impact Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experts Professional development and growth opportunities Flexible remote work arrangement with a dedicated hardwired internet connection and quiet workspace How to Apply: If you're a motivated and experienced Business Tax Preparer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply now.
