We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from the Northeast region. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in driving success through your expertise in accounting and financial management. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine accounting tasks, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, data maintenance, and financial statement generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly and month-end closing journal entries accurately and timely
• Perform period-end account reconciliations accurately and timely
• Maintain ERP system, including data input, coding expenses, and verifying data
• Assist with preparation of internal controls and audit activities
• Prepare predefined or ad hoc reports for management

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1 year of demonstrated experience in Bookkeeping
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
• Prior experience with RTP accounting systems (Oracle preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
