Delfina Medical Group is a leading provider of pregnancy care data platforms and clinical services aimed at improving maternal and child health outcomes. The Bilingual Delfina Doula will serve as a virtual health coach, supporting pregnant patients and new mothers throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis
- Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers
- Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization
Skills
- DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified
- Strong communication and conversational skills
- Experience with Web and mobile technologies
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must have
- Medicaid (Medi-Cal) approved is a plus
- Telehealth experience is a plus
- Ideally based in San Joaquin County
