They are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage vendor invoices, maintain vendor relationships, and perform various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper GL coding and compliance with financial policies
- Assist with onboarding new vendors and processing changes to vendor records
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors and address inquiries promptly
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to vendor invoices
- Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining A/P files and managing a shared inbox
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications ideal
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Coupa AP system or similar accounting software
- A strong desire and commitment to a career in Accounts Payable or Finance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confidence in problem-solving and collaborating as a team player
