JD004 – Referral Partner (Transactions & PMI / M&A Support)
They fail in integration.
Most organizations underestimate what happens after signing.
Financial visibility breaks down.
Governance is unclear.
Synergies are assumed—but not tracked.
This becomes critical in one situation: When English Speaking Countries (US UK Ireland)-based companies execute cross-border transactions in DACH without a dedicated internal M&A or integration function.
That gap is where this role sits.
WHO
Drapalski Consulting LLC is a U.S.-registered advisory firm supporting management teams and investors in cross-border transactions with structured financial oversight and governance.
Led by a U.S. CPA with 15+ years of international experience across finance, governance, and transaction environments.
The focus is not deal execution alone but disciplined integration, control, and decision clarity.
WHAT
This role is simple in structure, but not easy in execution.
You identify and connect with professionals inside U.S.-based organizations where:
• Transactions are being evaluated or executed
• No internal M&A / PMI infrastructure is in place
• Financial information lacks clarity across entities
• Integration governance is undefined or weak
• Cross-border complexity introduces execution risk
You start conversations, understand the situation, and introduce where there is a clear fit.
From there, execution is handled centrally.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY DELIVER (IMPORTANT DIFFERENTIATOR)
Unlike transaction-focused advisors, the work sits at the intersection of finance and execution:
• Financial and operational due diligence with integration focus
• Integration governance and coordination structures
• Day-1 and 100-day financial readiness
• Post-merger financial reporting alignment
• Master data, controls, and governance stabilization
• Long-term synergy tracking and financial steering
This is CFO-centric post-merger integration not transaction brokerage.
YOUR BENEFITS
• Participation in collected revenues (structured, outcome-based)
• Full flexibility in how you approach the role
• Access to:
• Senior advisory support
• Structured positioning
PROFILE FIT
This works best for individuals who:
• Can engage with CFOs, CEOs, or investors
• Understand business situations—not just transactions
• Can identify execution risk, not just deal opportunity
• Operate independently and consistently
Helpful, but not required:
• Exposure to M&A, finance, or PE environments
• Network in U.S. SMEs or cross-border businesses
NOT A FIT IF
• You are looking for fixed income
• You prefer short-cycle or transactional sales
• You expect predefined leads or pipeline
POSITIONING CONTEXT
Cross-border transactions break down due to:
• Lack of financial transparency
• Misalignment between buyer expectations and local practices
• Weak governance post-close
• Overstated synergies without tracking
This role sits directly at that intersection.
