In this intermediate role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new product development and commercialization initiatives across company divisions. You will independently manage projects and cross-functional teams, facilitating timely delivery of business-critical milestones with direct accountability for results. Ideal candidates are action-oriented, organized, technically adept, and comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to drive cross-team accountability and solve execution challenges.   Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field (advanced degree or certification a plus). - 2–5 years of project management experience in technical or manufacturing settings. - Proven track record leading new product development and commercialization projects. - Solid understanding of product development methodologies, phase-gate processes, and technical documentation. - PMP or equivalent certification preferred. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficient with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.). - Citizenship status must comply with ITAR regulations (US citizen or permanent resident).   Our core values - Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment (ACE) - are the foundation of how we operate and drive success.
